Due of the intricate design and complexity of the chronograph movement, servicing this type of watch typically involves more time and expertise, making it slightly more expensive than standard watch services.
Watch Service Process
Step 1: Order Parts
Visit www.deepcrystal.net and purchase all the necessary parts for your project. Please have everything shipped directly to my watchsmith, as he is located separately from me.
Step 2: Payment
Once all parts have arrived, we’ll arrange payment via Venmo or PayPal
Step 3: Service Note
After payment, include a handwritten note with the following details:
- The service you’re requesting
- Your full name, return address, and phone number
Step 4: Photo Confirmation
Take a photo of your watch next to your note, and send it to me for confirmation before shipping.
Step 5: Optional Prepaid Label
For convenience, I can provide a prepaid USPS shipping label for $10. (Shipping usually costs around $12 if you go to the post office yourself.)
Step 6: Packaging & Shipping
Securely package the watch, all parts, and your note using protective padding. Use extra tape for safety.
Ship everything in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box (available free at the post office). Attach your label and drop it off at any USPS location.
Once your service is complete, your watch and any spare parts will be shipped back to the return address you provided.
