Returns, Exchanges, Shipments and Warranty.

Returns / Exchanges:

All merchandise needs to be inspected within 48 hours of delivery to verify any damage or faulty production. Once pictures are verified and determined a replacement is needed the replacement item will be shipped in exchange at no cost to buyer. 

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days and if the merchandise is in unused or unaltered. There will also be a 40% restocking fee. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Orders

All custom orders may take between 15-21 days before shipping. These orders require a full 100% deposit. Any cancellations for custom orders will result in a 50% restocking fee. 

Shipping Responsibility: 

I ship UNINSURED unless you notify me you want insurance. This will be paid by the buyer. 

I don't take any responsibility of any lost package during the shipping or any damages incurred during transit.

I won't take any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. Any loss or damage recovery from the carrier is the buyers responsibility. 

You as the customer assume 100% of the responsibility of shipping and return shipping of any product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our product and watch warranty guarantees that, for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, your products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the watch's internal mechanism, including the movement and hands, but excludes any damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or external factors such as water exposure or impact. Wearable parts such as the strap, crystal, any part of the watch, which are subject to natural wear and tear, are not covered under this warranty. To maintain the validity of your warranty, ensure that your watch is serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations and avoid exposure to harsh conditions.
